Our sensationally 'good value' (cheap) weekday set menu has launched at £20 for 2 courses and £25 for 3.

Every Sunday, working with the redoubtable Tuggy Meyer of Huntsworth Wines opposite the pub, we open a big bottle or two of superior wine and sell it by the glass and carafe.

We’re thrilled to welcome Neil Borthwick to The Blue Stoops for one night only, joining forces with Stoops Head Chef Jacob Farley for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.

Long have we wanted to host a pub quiz at The Blue Stoops…Theobstacle has been the apparent difficulty in finding a quiz master. Well, we needn't have worried. No sooner had we asked you, loyal readers, in an email afew weeks back, then we had no less than 15 applications from a range of highlytalented and experienced Quizzers. It's been very difficult making a decisionabout who should do the first quiz, but in the end we landed on Bill Knott,whose nickname, Knottopedia, says it all (bio below).

We are thrilled to welcome Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis fame into our kitchen, cooking alongside Stoops head chef Jacob Farley. Jacob actually cut his teeth at QV under Jeremy, who himself is a long-standing and dear friend both of Allsopp’s and of our little pub. So to have pinned him down to a date feels like a genuine coup.
