Calum Franklin x Jacob Farley: The Pie King Cometh

Join us at The Blue Stoops on Monday 16th November for a night of extreme pie feasting. Calum Franklin is an award-winning British chef and bestselling author, widely celebrated as "The Pie King". He has garnered international acclaim for reviving traditional English savoury pastry techniques and transforming humble pies into elaborate culinary art pieces.

Franklin started his career in professional kitchens at 16, working through positions across notable London hot-spots including The Ivy West Street, Indigo at One Aldwych, and Roast in Borough.  

He gained widespread international renown as a latterday wunderkind at the Holborn Dining Room (Rosewood London), where he dedicated himself to reviving classic British pastry crafts and established The Pie Room—a dedicated space celebrating 'the pie as art' and pâtés en croûte.

Tickets are £75 per person which is prepaid to secure your seat.
