Tables of eight or more. The Christmas menu requires a minimum table of 8 guests — smaller parties are very welcome and can order from the à la carte menu on the day. The bar and dining room each seat 30; the whole pub takes 60–65 seated, or 100+ standing for a drinks and canapé party — email thebluestoops@allsopps.com about a full takeover.

One menu for the whole party, served family-style to the table. Vegetarians and vegans are plated individually at the same price — just count them in your guest number and tell us in the dietaries box below. Any other swaps come from the à la carte and are agreed with the kitchen case by case.

Much of our Christmas offer is served family-style, so please tell us now about any severe dietary requirements or allergies. Every menu contains vegetarian or vegan options.

Drinks

Our cellar runs deep — Old-World rarities, well-aged Madeira (the absolute drink of Christmas), champagne, cocktails and natural hand-pulled Allsopp’s ale. We can send you our full list or make recommendations to suit your budget.
