A deposit equal to the full cost of your food order is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable on the day and will include the discretionary service charge, drinks and any other extras.
A discretionary service charge of 13.5% will be added to your bill.
Prices include VAT and apply to Christmas 2026 bookings only.
Final guest numbers are required 14 days before the event. We charge for the numbers confirmed at that point, including any guests who do not attend.
Menu choices are required 14 days before the event. One menu — the Christmas Pie Menu, the Beef Sirloin Menu or the Roast & Confit Goose Menu — is chosen for the whole party, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives served plated alongside at the same price. Any other substitutions come from the à la carte menu and must be agreed with the kitchen before final numbers are confirmed.
Cancellations more than 28 days before the event receive a full deposit refund; within 28 days the deposit is non-refundable. Reductions in numbers after the final-numbers deadline are treated as a cancellation of those places.
Group menus apply to parties of 8 or more.
The menus are served communally to the table and are not plated, with the exception of the Christmas Pie Menu’s individual turkey & bacon pie and dessert. The vegetarian and vegan menu is served plated, in step with the rest of the table.
Tables are held for 15 minutes after the booked time and are yours for 2½ hours unless agreed otherwise.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements, including allergies, at the time of booking. Our kitchen handles all major allergens and we cannot guarantee a dish is free from traces.
We reserve the right to refuse service and to charge for damage or breakages. Alcohol is served to over-18s only; we operate Challenge 25.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our absolute discretion. Menus may change between booking and the event date due to ingredient availability, and we will make every effort to advise you if this occurs.
If we are unable to host your event for reasons beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or return your deposit in full.
