Neil built his reputation on disciplined, classical technique and a deep respect for seasonal produce, starting in professional kitchens at around 14 and later training in Michelin-starred environments steeped in French culinary tradition. He co-founded Merchant's Tavern in Shoreditch, earning acclaim for a refined yet unpretentious menu rooted in seasonal British ingredients. For the past 8 years he has been Head Chef at the French House and we're thrilled to have him here for the evening.
