Lorcan’s journey through the kitchens of London is nothing short of impressive. He rose from runner to sous-chef at Quo Vadis, went on to cook at Oldroyd, and honed his craft at Rochelle Canteen, where he and Jacob first worked side by side.
Alongside his brother Fin, Lorcan later co-founded the much-loved floating restaurant Caravel and its sister site Studio Kitchen on Regent’s Canal, leading the kitchen while Fin took charge of front of house.
