Every Sunday, working with the redoubtable Tuggy Meyer of Huntsworth Wines opposite the pub, we open a big bottle or two of superior wine and sell it by the glass and carafe.

This Sunday's offering is magnums of Tondonia 2012.

The vineyard advises that this requires 3-4 years in bottle before reaching an optimal state, hence this is a wine absolutely in its prime.
